Restoration of 2200sqft residence for new warm memories

The Brief

Restoration of a 50-year-old residence for a very dear friend of mine. The house had to be designed to create easy-to-maintain spaces while keeping the residence modern, minimal, and elegant.

Since we have known Mayank from a long time, we wanted to design the residence to completely match his personality while keeping it open, airy, and warm for his parents.
