Small Bungalow under 3000 Sqft with modern design.

The Brief

Santosh Ji and his family wanted to have a 3bhk bungalow that could be easily maintained. We created 1bhk on the ground floor and kept 2 bedrooms on the first floor to keep the ground coverage at a minimum and use the space for a garden and open areas.

We used wooden cladding with Fine plaster to give a modern and timeless look to the residence.
